FROM HERE TO THERE

One ID. Three simple steps.

No account is required for desktop connections by device ID.

01

Open Titan Viewer.

Run the app on both computers. Each computer keeps its own device ID between launches.

02

Enter the other ID.

Type the remote computer’s ID and send a connection request. Both devices need to be online and reachable.

03

Accept. Get to work.

The owner approves the request, or their automatic acceptance policy applies. Your permitted session can begin.

ACCESS ON YOUR TERMS

Keep the control.

Decide who can connect and what they can do. Access settings apply wherever the connection comes from.

  • Accept or reject incoming requests

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Can I download Titan Viewer now?

The Windows preview is in active development and validation. Public downloads and commercial sales are not open yet. This site lets you explore the product; it does not install the desktop app.

Can I connect over the internet?

Yes. Titan Viewer supports direct connections and a connection service for internet sessions. Both apps must be running on compatible current versions. Firewalls and network restrictions can affect reachability; some connections need a relay.

Does the other person have to accept?

Incoming requests can be accepted or rejected on the remote computer. If its owner has deliberately enabled automatic acceptance, the configured access policy applies instead.

Which operating systems are available?

The current distribution focus is 64-bit Windows. Physical testing for Mac, Linux and mobile devices is not complete, and no public builds are offered for those platforms.

What is the difference between portable and installed?

The portable app runs without installation. Installation adds operating system integration, including automatic startup settings. Windows permissions still apply to both.

Do I need an account?

No account is required for desktop sessions by device ID. Account, team and license services are separate. The account portal is for existing accounts; public registration is not open yet.
